Polls, Surveys & Forms for Zoom

Add the app to Zoom

1. Find Polls, Surveys & Forms in the Zoom App Marketplace and select Add.
2. Review the requested access and complete Zoom's authorization steps.
3. In a Zoom meeting, open Apps and choose Polls, Surveys & Forms.

Create a poll or survey

On the Create tab, choose a one-question poll, start a custom survey, or select a template. Edit the question and answers before opening it. You can save a poll to reuse in another meeting.

The response settings let you choose when results appear, whether people can change their answers, and whether names appear with responses. Check those choices before you open the poll.

Invite people to answer

After opening a poll, select Invite in Zoom to invite meeting participants. You can also select Copy voting link and share it with the people you want to answer. People using a voting link can answer in their browser.

See results and finish the poll

The Results tab shows responses as they arrive. You can close responses when voting is done and download a CSV of the results. The person who opened a poll and the meeting's host and co-hosts can close it, share it, and download its results.

Saved polls and past results stay available until you delete them from the app.

Remove the app

1. In the Zoom App Marketplace, open Manage and then Installed Apps.
2. Select Polls, Surveys & Forms and choose Uninstall.

Uninstalling does not cancel a BlueSky subscription or delete your polls. You can manage a subscription in your BlueSky account, or contact us for help or to have your data deleted.
